RGD Developments

• RGD Developments is an extension and significant part of one of the largest investment conglomerates established since 1986, Roza Investment Group (RIG). The group encompasses major companies in various fields and different investment sectors: (MANARCO Developments, Al-Amr Construction, MMS Modern Schools, Al-Manar Industrial Development, ROQI Agricultural Reclamation Company, ROQI Developments for Residential Projects, RGD Developments for Commercial Projects).
• The journey of RGD Developments began with a distinguished portfolio of commercial projects in Sharm El-Sheikh, including the notable Lake Side project, with its prime location on Banks Street, overlooking Umm El-Said Plateau and directly facing the famous Alf Leila Wa Leila Village.
• RGD Developments is distinguished by a 40-year history of building trust, ownership in all of its projects and strong financial capability, which has enabled us to expand into multiple sectors and establish a vast array of projects across various cities in Egypt.
